By accessing our website and placing an order with UnlockByIMEI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.

2. Service Description

UnlockByIMEI provides remote network carrier unlocking services for Apple iPhone devices. Our service removes network carrier restrictions by whitelisting your device in official carrier databases.

3. Turnaround Time

Our standard delivery time is under 24 hours. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 12 hours depending on the iPhone model tier and carrier response times.

Delivery time estimates begin once payment is confirmed via Paystack. While we strive to meet all estimated windows, carrier server delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Before submitting an order, customers agree to:

• Provide an accurate 15-digit IMEI number and Serial Number from the target iPhone.
• Verify that the device has clean status (not reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted) prior to ordering. Free eligibility verification is available via IMEIPro.info.
• Ensure the device is an authentic Apple iPhone (our service supports iPhones exclusively).

5. Service Limitations

UnlockByIMEI provides SIM network unlocking only. Our service does NOT perform or offer the following:

• Bypassing or removing Apple iCloud Activation Lock or Find My iPhone lock.
• Removing blacklisted status or unbarring devices reported lost or stolen to law enforcement or carriers.

6. Refund and Cancellation Rights
