• Order Details: Unique reference number (UBI-XXXXX), payment method type, and transaction status.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

• Submitting your device IMEI to carrier servers to execute the network unlock.
• Sending transactional order status emails (order confirmation, completion alert, or refund notifications).
• Providing customer support via WhatsApp or email when you request assistance.

We NEVER sell, trade, rent, or disclose customer data to third-party advertisers or marketing brokers.

4. Payment Security & Encryption

5. Data Retention & Erasure

We retain basic order records (reference code, IMEI, status) to provide ongoing support and verify warranty eligibility.
